Frequently asked questions

The questions buyers ask before a first order. If yours is not here, ask it directly — we answer technical questions without routing them through a sales script.

Company

Are you the manufacturer or a trading company?

Both, and we are explicit about which applies to each line. We manufacture finished products under OEM and private label agreements in an FDA-registered, cGMP-compliant facility, and we operate contracted supply programmes with audited producers for certain raw materials. The Certificate of Analysis for any lot names the producing facility.

OEM

What does OEM mean in your case?

It means you specify the product and we make it under your brand. You choose the actives and their doses, the dose form, the pack format and the artwork; we handle formulation, sourcing, production under cGMP, testing, labelling and release. You own the brand and the finished goods. Development typically runs 10–15 working days to first bench sample, and 4–6 weeks to a full production run.

Can you produce a product that is not in your catalogue?

Yes. The catalogue reflects what we hold and run most often, not the limit of what we can make. If you need an active, blend or dose form not listed, send the brief. We will confirm feasibility, source the material through our qualified supplier network, and quote the development and production timeline.

Ordering

What is your minimum order quantity?

Most powdered ingredients start at 25 kg. Higher-value standardised extracts start lower, often at 5 kg, and packaging components are sold by the carton. Qualified buyers evaluating a material can request a paid sample of 100 g to 1 kg before committing to a full order.

Can you match a specification I already have?

Yes, and it is the most reliable way to start. Send the specification sheet, target assay, mesh requirement and any Certificate of Analysis from your current supplier. We will confirm in writing whether we can meet it, propose the closest achievable alternative if we cannot, and send a sample against the agreed spec.

Quality

Do you supply a Certificate of Analysis with every shipment?

Yes. Every lot ships with a lot-specific Certificate of Analysis showing identity, assay, heavy metals, microbiological results and residual solvents where relevant. Safety Data Sheets, allergen statements, and Kosher and Halal certificates are available for every product on request.

Are your products suitable for pharmaceutical use?

Certain lines are. Our USP-grade activated charcoal and acid-washed carbons are produced to pharmacopoeial specification and are used by pharmaceutical manufacturers. Most other products are food and supplement grade. Always confirm the required grade when requesting a quote, as the grade determines both specification and price.

How should these powders be stored?

Keep sealed in the original container in a cool, dry place below 25°C, away from direct light. Hygroscopic materials such as allulose and freeze-dried organ powders should be resealed immediately after sampling. Typical shelf life is 24 months for powders and 36 months for activated carbon, both from the manufacture date on the label.

Shipping

How fast can you ship?

Materials held in US stock ship within 3–7 business days of a cleared order. Made-to-order production, custom blends and OEM runs take 3–5 weeks depending on the dose form and component lead times. Samples usually go out within 48 hours.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship worldwide by air and sea freight on FOB, CIF and DDP terms. Export documentation, certificates of origin and phytosanitary paperwork are prepared as the destination requires. Domestic US orders move by parcel or LTL freight.
