A finished supplement or functional food can contain twenty or more micronutrients, some dosed in micrograms. Weighing each one separately on your own line is slow and risky. A custom premix replaces them all with a single, pre-blended ingredient made to your exact per-serving profile, so you add one material at one rate.

We calculate the premix from your label, select stable and bioavailable forms of each nutrient, and add overages from stability data so the claim holds through shelf life. Micro-ingredients are pre-diluted before the main blend so they are evenly distributed, and every lot is tested for homogeneity and assayed against the declared values.
