Dry Powder Encapsulation

Dry powder encapsulation is the workhorse of the supplement industry: an active blend is dosed into two-piece hard capsules on automatic fillers, then polished, weight-checked and packed. It suits almost any free-flowing powder, granule or pellet, and it lets you change a formula later without re-tooling.

Most of the work happens before filling. We check the blend's bulk density and flow, adjust excipients so it fills consistently, and choose the capsule size that fits the dose without wasted headroom. During the run, fill weights are checked at set intervals and the batch record captures every adjustment.
