Sachet & Stick Pack Filling
Single-serve sachets and stick packs in printed laminate, filled and sealed to your dose.
Single-serve formats have taken over powdered supplements for good reason: dosing is exact, the consumer cannot over-scoop, and the barrier film protects hygroscopic actives far better than a repeatedly opened tub.
We fill and seal both three-side-seal sachets and stick packs in printed multi-layer laminate, with fill weights from 1 g to 30 g held to a verified tolerance.
- Aluminium-foil laminate for full oxygen and moisture barrier
- Fill weights 1–30 g, checkweighed in line
- Printed film to your artwork, or plain stock for white label
